Drunken grownups

The MetroWest Daily News ran this headline last week: "Marlboro man orders his coffee in the nude." According to a police reported filed in Marlboro District Court, Steven Gerrior, 25, drove up to a local Dunkin' Donuts drive-through window naked. The report also said that when the woman working the drive-through saw that he was nude, she became too upset to serve him. Another employee saw him touching himself. Police were called and given the license plate number of the car Gerrior was driving. He was later arrested and charged with lewdness. Gerrior is an employee of the Department of Correction. Diane Wiffin, a department spokeswoman, declined to comment beyond saying that Gerrior has been suspended with pay pending an investigation.

Crack salad

Jose Saez Rivera, 12 Townsend St., Marlboro, was arrested last Saturday night and charged with selling crack cocaine to undercover police officers. According to local police, Rivera is accused of dealing the drug over a four-day period, including one transaction in the middle of the afternoon in the parking lot at the Olive Garden in Marlboro. The incident was also covered by the MetroWest Daily News, which reported that the Marlboro Police were actually waiting for Rivera. He had been the target of a six-week investigation. According to their report on file at Marlboro District Court, Rivera was apprehended after selling "a bag of seven rocks of crack," directly to the undercover officers. The report also stated that Rivera was charged with two counts of distribution of crack cocaine, two counts of possession of crack cocaine, and one count of possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute. He was arraigned last in Marlboro District Court and released. Judge Jonathan Brant set his bail at $300. o
