That does compute

Police then stopped the vehicle and arrested the driver. The operator of the vehicle, who police identified as Vincent Hodge, 30, of 6 Henry Terrace, Worcester, was also found to be wanted by New York City Police on an outstanding warrant for narcotics violations. According to Leicester Police Chief James Hurley, Hodge was additionally charged with being a fugitive from justice.

Unregistered

Another routine traffic stop in Leicester ended with a sex offender in custody for failing to be properly registered. Officer Daniel Dyson stopped a motor vehicle on Marshall Street in Leicester for having its plate light out. As he approached the vehicle he noticed the occupants were not wearing their seat belts. While following up on the seat belt violations, Dyson learned that one of the males in the vehicle identified himself as Jose Torres. According to Chief Hurley, Torres was actually Rene Sierra, age 45, who was listed as being homeless. Once his true identity was learned, it was determined that Sierra was wanted on an outstanding warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. He was additionally charged with providing a false name to avoid prosecution and his second offense for failing to register as a sex offender. o
