$2.46 million: The amount collected so far in fiscal 2008 from the sale of trash bags, according to City Auditor James DelSignore. A total of $4.3 million was budgeted. DelSignore estimates that total revenue from fees and charges will be $500,000 below budget this year. Overall, he called for General Fund Revenues to be $1 million below budget. On the expense side, DelSignore said we have (so far) had a $3.079 million run-over from the budgeted amount for snow and ice removal. o
